A central control of all installed systems is achieved by the System Manager. Simultaneous replay of recorded CCTV streams with embedded protocol data is indispensable for CCTV archive investigation. As casinos have extremely extensive camera counts, high risks, long regulation lists and frequent threats, the integration requires very complex PSIM software, so that ESM is the perfect solution for a comprehensive control.
ESM Casino Solution realizes distributed management solutions. Local control rooms are established in each casino and consolidated in a centralized surveillance center. The security installations in the casinos form a multi-stage system, detecting all potential risks at an early stage so that the appropriate measures can be initiated. The combined control of all systems and data within the casino as well as the connection to the control center is consequently realized via highly secured networks exclusively using TCP/IP.
The main focus is on the safety of individuals, being mainly ensured by the security and building automation systems. At the same time, gambling areas and guests are protected by further systems in order to prevent unpleasant surprises. The interaction of a discrete and complex video system with the technical infrastructure of gambling tables and cashier systems is essential.
One of the most important and basic principles for an early identification, fast prevention and later traceability of irregularities during gambling operation and within the casino workflows is the synchronised coordination of all systems. This is how even complex processes happening at several locations can be detected and linked.
The casino specific modules and the perfectly integrated interfaces of the management system solve this task with all necessary processes and tracking possibilities, being simultaneously displayed in each casino as well as in the control center.
A key factor for organisational flexibility and fast response is the mobile notification by the platform, e.g. via the iPhone App. Status information, notifications, messages and alarms are forwarded to mobile devices, such as smart phones, via a push process in the casino network, for further evaluation and processing.
Despite the huge data quantities, the high amount of stored video and images remains manageable at all times due to the optimized operation and evaluation concept. Great importance is attached to the personal guest data. Therefore all data, especially the video recordings, are tamper-proof and can be used as reliable evidence at the same time.
